12 waterfront cottages with private sandy beach access to accommodate you, your family and your friends.
Lake Nipissing is known for its fantastic walleye, bass and musky fishing along with a fast growing northern pike fishery. Grab your poles, get fishing! We've got a fish cleaning house to clean and store your fish!

At GraceLand Cottages & Rentals, we welcome Motorhome, RV's and tenting lot space for weekly, weekend and daily rentals with hydro access only. Just a short drive away at the Verner Arena is a dumping station.

Cruise and fish along the breathtaking waters of Lake Nipissing by motor or paddle. Home to many fish species Bass, Catfish, Carp, Crisco, Gar-pike, Ling, Perch, Pike, Muskie, Walleye, Whitefish. Rentals are available daily or by the week.

Beach
Swim down at our sandy beach area where you can lounge on the chairs or take a swim in the lake. Take a walk on the dock and sit on one of our muskoka chairs and enjoy the view. (Slide has been removed due to safety).
Bathroom & Shower Cabin
We have a newly built men's and women's public bathroom and shower cabin for cottage guests and visitors that has 2 bathroom stalls and 2 showers per side, as well as, an infant changing
table station.
Campfires​
​
Cozy Private Fire pit for each Cottage during your stay. Firewood for purchase in the main office. Please don't bring outside Firewood. Picnic tables & chairs available.
Fish Cleaning House​
​
Visit our fish cleaning house!
The perfect spot to clean your fish with the essentials you'll need and a freezer to store your catch of the day. Comfortably fits 4 people at a time.
Activities​
Our property is child friendly with an assortment of activities including a basketball net, horseshoes, sandbox and a playset for the kids. We also have a large grassed field for baseball, 2 soccer nets or bocce or to practice your golf swing. We will also play bingo among the cottage renters. We also have a sheltered fishing area where you can stand and fish, day or night, rain or shine.

We have wifi available for our campers at the main Lodge.

Bait & Tackle​
​
Bait and Tackle can be purchased at Trans Canada Bait (450 meters from Graceland) on Hwy 64. Turn left off Caron Rd. and it is on your left.
General Store​ & Coffee Shop
​
Forgot supplies? Check out the convenient store for all your essential needs during your stay, including an LCBO. Purchase your fishing/hunting license. You can launch your boat in the launch area beside the store.
Great Northern Flea Market
​
Located 20 minutes away from GraceLand Cottages. The Great Northern flea market has over 90+ vendors!
Mashkinonje Provincial Park
​
Mashkinonje park consists of a diverse system of wetlands supporting all the major wetland types; marshes, swamps, and ponds; interspersed with undulating granite ridges that cover over 2000 hectares along the West Arm of Lake Nipissing. Only a 12 minute drive from Graceland Cottages!
Fishing

Lake Nipissing is home to many fish species such as, Bass, Catfish, Carp, Crisco, Gar-pike, Ling, Perch, Pike, Muskie, Walleye, Whitefish and more! Grab your poles and get fishing! Let us know, we can have a fish fry.
Duchesnay Falls Trails
​
North Bay’s iconic Duchesnay Falls draws hundreds of hikers to the trails. The trail is about 3km long and great for beginners. The access off Highway 17 offers the best vantage point to view the series of falls as they rush down the escarpment.
Sturgeon Fall​s, ON
​
Sturgeon Falls is the closest small city within 15 minute drive. Here you can find large grocery stores, fast food, LCBO, pharmacy, hospital, a dumping station for your RV'S and variety of stores for shopping!
